PILLOWBOOK
Terms of Service.
Who you're agreeing with
These terms are between you and CodeEnsis Ltd. ("we", "us"), the company building Pillowbook. By using this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to what's below.
The waitlist (today)
When you enter your email on this page, we'll send you a small number of emails relating to Pillowbook - typically a confirmation, a beta invite, and a launch notice. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any of those emails, or by contacting us.
We don't promise the waitlist guarantees access to the beta - slots may be limited, and we may invite people in batches. We won't sell the list, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it for anything outside Pillowbook.
Use of this website
This website is provided as-is. Don't try to break it, scrape it, abuse the waitlist form, or impersonate other people. If you do, we'll remove your access.
Content on this website
The text, layout, images, and code on this site are owned by CodeEnsis Ltd. You're welcome to share links to it. If you want to quote or reuse copy from the site (for example in press coverage), email us first.
The app (when it ships)
Once Pillowbook launches on the App Store, the terms covering the app itself - pricing, refunds, allowed use, content restrictions - will be added below. Until then, the only thing these terms cover is the waitlist signup and your use of this website.
No warranties; limitation of liability
Pillowbook is a pre-release product. We make no guarantees about when it will ship, what features it will have at launch, or that it will be available in your region. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeEnsis is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your reliance on a launch date.
Changes
We may update these terms as Pillowbook nears launch. Material changes will be summarized at the top with a new date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
